Noise measurements

Besides adjusting installations, Renza Airflow Solutions can use a class 1 noise meter to determine whether the noise level (measured in dBA) is below the maximum value. Often, this involves a limited number of measurements in the most critical rooms. If the maximum values are exceeded, the noise level can be measured per octave band to estimate whether the excess noise is caused by the air handling unit, duct system or air diffusers.

Furthermore, Renza Airflow Solutions can determine the sound insulation of walls or the reverberation time of a room in combination with a sound source. In the report of the measurements taken, we provide an analysis of the situation and make recommendations for improvement.

Noise measurements support all our activities are carried out in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 6912.
